1. Explore more about classroom re-design. Identify some possible classrooms/spaces to redesign with Booster Club support.
Reflection: We are using Booster Club funds to redesign our Mustang Room and make it into a more usable meeting space. Even with the small number of changes we have made so far, the room is being used much more frequently and is in fact in high demand
2.Continue with Tech Training model adding PBL and other tools not covered last year.
Reflection: This year, I created a Google form to send to teachers with 8 or so apps that we saw as important pieces of a Teacher's Technology Toolbelt. Teachers were asked to pick 2 that they were interested in learning about. During the Spring, each teacher was required to go to 2 Tech Trainings. One of the two trainings was taken care of in February at our staff development day when myself and 5 other presenters delivered one hour trainings to staff. The other training was delivered at weekly Tech Tuesdays throughout the Spring Semester. In addition to the fact that the EE teachers now have more options as far as Technology Integration, we were able to grow some teacher leaders who are willing to share their expertise with their peers.
3. Working with staff on the practice of reflection during trainings, etc.
