Animation chefs
The GT Teacher on our campus, Erin Krieger, has been working on helping her 5th Graders prepare a video for the iPadpalooza Youth Film Festival. We have been collaborating on this effort and trying to be very thoughtful about what students should do before they ever pick up their iPads and start filming. In looking for resources, she came up with this website: Animation Chefs. These 3 young guys have accumulated some wonderful resources for planning and filming a quality video. Erin told me that they would be at SXSW and on Wednesday afternoon, I ran into them! I asked if I could take their picture and they were so happy to comply, offering to have me in the picture with them. How wonderful to know that they were not only talented, but kind beyond their years.
